1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "jk99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jk99 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://jk99.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the jk99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the jk99 platform.
• "Platform" means the jk99 website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all services, games, betting markets, and features accessible through them.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all account balances, stakes, bonuses, and payouts are denominated on jk99.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or any other incentive credited to an account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player via an approved payment method that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding any Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements.
• "Payment Method" means any approved payment service accepted by jk99, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone governing all time-based provisions in these Terms.

References to a singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to "days" means calendar days in BST unless otherwise stated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jk99 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you conclusively confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jk99 platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

jk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, jk99 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via an on-platform notification.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The jk99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions, and a violation of these Terms, for anyone under the age of 21 to use this platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jk99 will request documentary evidence of age at any time and will close any account where age verification cannot be completed to jk99's satisfaction.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on jk99 at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jk99 employs identity verification systems to detect multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jk99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances held across those accounts.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account, and you must maintain and update that information promptly as circumstances change. jk99 relies on your registered information for identity verification, payment processing, and communications. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jk99 may require you to complete a KYC verification process before approving deposits, processing withdrawals, or continuing to provide services. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jk99 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

3.5 Restricted Persons

Employees, contractors, and agents of jk99, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the platform.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jk99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not you personally authorised it — is your responsibility. jk99 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jk99 support immediately at [email protected]. jk99 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

jk99 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and transaction pathways. Players are encouraged to enable optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP from their account security settings. No payment credentials — including bKash PINs, Nagad PINs, or bank card numbers — are stored on jk99 servers. All payment processing runs through isolated, encrypted gateway environments.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

jk99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods:

All account balances, stakes, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals on jk99 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jk99 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency.

5.3 Deposit Conditions

Only the registered account holder may deposit into a jk99 account. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name may be refused and returned. jk99 does not charge a platform-side deposit fee; however, your payment service provider's own transaction charges, if any, are your responsibility.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jk99 account. Before processing a first withdrawal, jk99 may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. All real-money balances that have not been subject to any active promotion may be withdrawn at any time. Bonus Funds that have not completed their applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. jk99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

5.5 No Money Laundering

Deposits must not be made for any purpose other than genuine participation in gaming and betting activities on the jk99 platform. jk99 has zero tolerance for money laundering and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be suspended immediately, all transactions frozen, and funds withheld pending investigation.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jk99 offers a variety of promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for the individual promotion:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• jk99 reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirements. Live sports bets, live casino tables, and selected RNG games typically contribute at 100%; slots may contribute at a reduced rate as stated per promotion.
• In-play bets placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal format) generally do not contribute to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are used after the player's Real Money Balance has been wagered in full, unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• jk99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not unfairly disadvantage players who have already claimed the promotion in good faith.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to jk99's sportsbook rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, postponement, abandonment, and in-play bet acceptance. Pre-match and in-play betting markets are made available at jk99's sole discretion. jk99 reserves the right to suspend, void, or amend betting markets at any time where there is reason to believe the integrity of an event may be compromised. All cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL fixtures — are subject to these sportsbook rules.

7.2 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games on jk99 — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual table games — are operated by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. Each game uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game are determined by the game provider and displayed in the game's information panel. jk99 is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating from a game provider's software, though jk99 will work with the provider to resolve any player dispute arising from such an event.

7.3 Bet Acceptance and Errors

jk99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at any time, without providing a reason. In the event that a bet is accepted due to a technical error, manifest error in odds pricing, or a system fault, jk99 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. "Manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake in pricing that a reasonable player would identify as incorrect, including but not limited to odds set significantly outside the range offered by other major bookmakers for the same market.

8 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jk99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account, or opening an account in another person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial means to access or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity corruption.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate guaranteed profit.
• Colluding with other players on the platform, including in live poker or casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during KYC or any other verification process.
• Charging back or otherwise reversing a payment after wagering the associated funds.
• Using the platform in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of jk99 or any third party.

9 Responsible Gaming

jk99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The jk99 platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Gambling should never be used as a method to generate income, address financial difficulties, or escape personal problems.

jk99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from any registered account at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately; increases to a limit require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after a set period of continuous gameplay to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jk99 platform solely for your own personal and recreational purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of jk99.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jk99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jk99's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jk99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jk99 is not responsible for third-party game provider software errors, network connectivity issues, or device compatibility problems beyond jk99's reasonable control.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

jk99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://jk99.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

jk99 collects personal data including your name, contact information, date of birth, payment method details, and gameplay activity for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised marketing communications (where you have consented to receive them). jk99 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 13 Amendments to These Terms

jk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, jk99 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered account email address or via an in-platform notification before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the jk99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jk99 platform, you agree to first contact jk99 support to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.

jk99 aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. jk99 maintains a formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from our support team.
